Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Temporary Pandemic Flexible Deposit Policy (stays through Dec. 18th 2021)
To confirm your reservation, we require a one night deposit of your stay at Matachica and the balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival.
Temporary Pandemic Flexible Cancellation Policy (stays through Dec. 18th 2021)
May be made more than 48 hours prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, less a $50USD administration fee for each room booked.
Within 48 hours of arrival, there is no refund, but the payment will be counted in full toward a rescheduled stay within 12 months of the original stay dates.
No refund or credit for no-shows.
Deposits (stays from Dec. 19th 2021 – Dec. 18th 2022)
To confirm your reservation, we require a one night deposit of your stay at Matachica and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations (stays from Dec. 19th 2021 – Dec. 18th 2022)
May be made more than 14 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit, less a $50USD administration fee for each room booked.
Within 14 days of arrival, there is no refund.
No refund or credit for no-shows.
Please keep in mind that Matachica is a mature environment with a minimum age requirement of 16 years.
All rates are for one or two guests sharing the room.
A 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge will be added to the room rate.
