• Deposit and cancellation policy
  Deposits

  To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount for the duration of your stay at Matachica and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds within the cancellation periods due to airlines delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

  Cancellations

  May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival. Full refunds will be made with the exception of an administrative fee of US $100 per room.
  45-21 Days prior to arrival.
  50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
  Within 20 days of arrival, no refunds are provided.

  
  

• Group, Weddings, Peak Season, Christmas and New Year's bookings
  180-90 days prior to arrival.
  50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
  Within 90 days of arrival, no refunds are provided.
  We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

  High Season - November 21st thru December 21st and
  January 2nd thru April 15th.
  Shoulder Season - April 16th thru May 31st.
  Low Season - June 1st thru November 20th.
  Peak Season - December 22nd thru January 1st.

  Dives, all water-sport activities & mainland tours can be arranged with our Matachica Front Desk. Rates, packages and policies are subject to change without notice (until reservation has been confirmed and deposit has been received).
