Matachica’s largest villa features 3,000 square feet of artistically designed interior space and is located on the highest part of the resort, ensuring additional privacy. It is a great choice for a large family or a group of friends. The beach mansion has three bedrooms, each with king-size bed, including a top-floor master bedroom with its own private sun deck with a breathtaking panoramic view. In addition, it features three full en-suite bathrooms with jungle rain showers, a grand living area, kitchenette, a very large outdoor verandah, two covered and screened patios, feather duvets, Matouk and Frette linens, bathrobes, air-conditioning and Central American interior furnishings.

Deposit and cancellation policy
Deposits

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount for the duration of your stay at Matachica and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds within the cancellation periods due to airlines delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

Cancellations

May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival. Full refunds will be made with the exception of an administrative fee of US $100 per room.
45-21 Days prior to arrival.
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
Within 20 days of arrival, no refunds are provided.
Group, Weddings, Peak Season, Christmas and New Year's bookings
180-90 days prior to arrival.
50% of entire stay is non-refundable.
Within 90 days of arrival, no refunds are provided.

High Season - November 21st thru December 21st and January 2nd thru April 15th.
Shoulder Season - April 16th thru May 31st.
Low Season - June 1st thru November 20th.
Peak Season - December 22nd thru January 1st.
